Ingredientes:
- Ovas de bacalhau
- 2 Ovos
- 2 Batatas
- 2 Rodelas de batata doce
- 2 Cenouras
- Feijão verde q.b.
- Sal q.b.
- Pimenta preta q.b.
- Azeite q.b.
Preparação:
- Coloque um tacho com água e sal. Junte os ovos e as ovas. Tempere a gosto com pimenta preta.
- Quando a água estiver a ferver junte as batatas já lavadas e descascadas, cortadas em quartos. Quando as batatas começarem a ficar tenras junte as rodelas de batata doce e as cenouras. Quando estas estiverem quase cozidas junte o feijão verde cortado em tiras fininhas.
- Deixe acabar de cozinhar, escorra.
- Descasque os ovos e sirva regado com azeite.
Nota: Depois de cortar as ovas às rodelas tirei a pele às mesmas.
